Unless you expressly direct us not to or we are obligated not to by applicable law, Syncfusion may retain your personal information for as long as two years from the date of your last interaction with our websites, technologies, and systems, as Syncfusion cannot assume that a customer is no longer interested in Syncfusion’s services. Syncfusion may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Data submitted for the purposes of receiving a purchase or quote, obtaining support, or providing our services, shall be retained for a reasonable amount of time by Syncfusion. In the event of a merger or acquisition of Syncfusion, all data will be transferred to the new entity.
