Analyze Product Release Metrics and Monitor Tasks
This Agile dashboard provides leaders with the data they need to review the team’s performance, identify strengths and weaknesses, and improve future project planning.
For example, with the card widgets at the top of the dashboard, we can easily view the project’s start and rollout dates, the total number of hours worked, and the number of completed tasks, stories, and sprints. The number of planned and completed story points can be further broken down by component with the grid widget.
With the dashboard’s two bar charts, viewers can review tasks by type and priority. This data could offer insight into where the team should devote its resources.
Finally, the release status pie chart outlines the percentage of tasks in each status.
Filter Your Data
One key feature of this dashboard is its versatility. With the “Product Release” and “Components” drop-down list box filters, viewers can display data for any combination of releases and components. Users can reset a filter by clicking the funnel-shaped icon in the upper right corner of the list box. This feature is invaluable for users who need to focus their analysis on specific pieces of data.
